Cursor, being a part of the OEX Group, launched the cooperation with the manufacturer of the floorboard, Barlinek S.A. The contract covers the outsourcing of sales consultants in DIY chains.
As part of the cooperation, specially trained Cursor’s consultants carry out presentations on the installation and maintenance of Barlinek floorboard as well as provide consulting services to help customers choose the product tailored to their needs. The campaign is held in, among others, Leroy Merlin, Castorama and OBI stores. It is to reach its peak in the summer season.
Consumers who are going to purchase materials like floor panels, highly appreciate professional consultancy at the point of sale. We attach great importance to training before commencing the campaign; thus, our consultants are able not only to provide detailed information on the Barlinek’s products but also to demonstrate assembly rules and methods. Apart from the consultancy, we monitor the competitors and report in detail on the promotional campaign. For instance, we identify the products that gained the greatest interest or submit the customers’ comments. The reports provide our customers with valuable information on the product which can be obtained
