Extending the management board of OEX S.A.

On March 14, 2017 Tomasz Kwiecień has been appointed to the OEX S.A. management board by the company’s Supervisory Board, he has also been entrusted with the post of the Board Member.

Tomasz Kwiecień will be responsible for the implementation of development strategies for individual segments of the OEX Group’s operations and for strategic capital and financial transactions.

Tomasz Kwiecień is a graduate of the University of Economics in Cracow. He has extensive experience in the field of preparing and implementing business strategies, conducting capital investments, corporate governance and funding.

At the beginning of his professional career he was associated with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where he worked in the audit and corporate finance departments. From 2004 to 2014 he was the Managing Director at the Warsaw office of Mezzanine Management,
a company that provided advising services to the Accession Mezzanine Capital group of funds that invest in Poland and Central Europe. In Poland he was responsible, among others for successful investments in Solaris Bus & Coach, LuxMed and Masterlease. Outside of Poland, he carried out investments in Jet Finance in Bulgaria and Norican in Denmark and others. During his career at Mezzanine Management, he was the member or participated in the works of supervisory boards of Zaberd, Lux Med, Solaris Bus & Coach, iSource, Masterlease, Norican and Dominum. From the beginning of 2015 to the end of 2016, he was the president of the management board of AASA Polska S.A., a fintech sector company offering installment loans.
