In March 2019, the companies signed an agreement under which GoGlobal24 will operate shipments in France, Germany and the UK for OEX E-Business. Shipments will be delivered in cooperation with local carriers.
The service will be addressed to all clients of OEX E-Business, including the clients of OEX24.com who want to conduct sales in these countries.
The cooperation with GoGlobal24 will enable the consolidation of shipments in the territory of Poland, their subsequent collective transport to the recipient’s country and dispatching them from the facilities of local carriers such as DPD DE, Colissimo or Royal Mail. The point of consolidation for the current and future clients of GoGlobal24 will be OEX E-Business managed logistics HUB in Łubna near Warsaw as its location in the centre of Poland facilitates the logistics connected with servicing the Polish clients. The company of the OEX Group will also carry out transport of shipments to the sorting office of GoGlobal24 in Wrocław.
Our aim is to digitize and automate the sales and to facilitate development of Polish companies abroad. The cooperation with GoGlobal24 becomes an inherent part of our strategy to create solutions which will enable Polish manufacturers to compete in foreign markets. The service of parcel delivery to the end recipient will be more attractively priced than international shipment from Poland. In addition, as a consolidation point for GoGlobal24 we will increase the movement of goods in our warehouse in Łubna – says Artur Wojtaszek, the President of the Management Board of OEX E-Business.
Due to the form of transport between Poland and the branch of a courier company which finally delivers the parcel, the price calculation comes best for small parcels due to both their weight and size.
As part of our cooperation, we will offer the clients of OEX E-Business return points dedicated to their recipients in each country in which we operate to significantly increase the buyers’ confidence in the foreign markets in Polish sellers and to reduce the maintenance costs of returns from clients in the foreign markets – says Paweł Zakielarz, General Manager at GoGlobal24.
Since 2012, Go Global 24 has been operating and developing logistics services for eCommerce. In 2016-17, the company won the Ekomersy competition for the best solution in Poland that supports international expansion, implementation of the system generating courier labels, excluding integration with couriers through API. In 2018, GoGlobal24 implemented a new solution for handling returns, goreturns.com, with a new user panel for clients in England, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. The company enjoys a permanent increase in the number of parcels sent (on average 30% annually) thanks to its long-time cooperation with many partners and its growth in new foreign markets.
GoGlobal24 initiated the “E-wolucja” (e-wolucja.pl) conference which promotes Polish sellers in the international markets. This year’s event will take place in Warsaw for the first time, in the Copernicus Science Centre. The event is co-organized by OEX24.com – a state-of-the-art B2B marketplace launched at the end of February 2019.
