23 May 2018

On May 17, 2018 OEX E-Business signed letters of intent providing for cooperation with eCommerce logistics business partners from Singapore. Agreements with PLG – Pacific Integrated Logistics Group and UrbanFox Asia will facilitate continued growth of the company belonging to the OEX Group on Asian markets.

OEX E-Business offers a comprehensive range of logistics services relying on the 5PL model that includes strategic management of the customers’ supply chains. The company’s solutions enable European market players to reach B2B and B2C customers worldwide. OEX E-Business targets its offering primarily for customers from those industries who experience a dynamic increase in online sales. These include, inter alia, cosmetic, fashion, FMCG and home & living sectors. The company, being a part of the OEX Group, continues to reinforce its brand in APAC (Asia-Pacific) countries, where it serves as a partner in distributing products on the European market.

End2end solutions for eCommerce, especially on international markets, call for reliable partners who understand the specific character and nature of cross border operations. PLG – Pacific Integrated Logistics Group and UrbanFox Asia are entities that enjoy a strong position on their respective markets and that guarantee superb quality of services they render – said Artur Wojtaszek, OEX E-Business CEO.

PLG – Pacific Integrated Logistics Group offers integrated solutions for the Logistics and Freight Forwarding sectors. OEX E-Business cooperation with PLG – Pacific Integrated Logistics Group aims to facilitate and expand the flow of goods, purchased  through eCommerce platforms, and transported along the “silk route” between Europe and Asian markets using multi-modal freight services such as Rail, Sea, Air and Land transportation.

UrbanFox is an omnichannel logistics and channel management solutions provider in Singapore with B2B and B2C logistics capabilities. Together with the extensive regional network of its parent company Keppel Logistics, UrbanFox helps brands seamlessly integrate their online and offline channels, warehousing and inventory, as well as last-mile fulfilment requirements to capture opportunities offered by e-commerce.

The establishment of both partnerships will provide the customers of OEX E-Business with the ability to actively reach B2B and B2C customers on new markets. The OEX Group company, in turn, will offer its Asian partners a comprehensive range of 5PL solutions facilitating access to European customers.

We have created a logistics hub for our Asian partners in order to support their omnichannel sales in Europe. The hub will enable them to increase the effectiveness of their expansion onto new markets and will allow them to dynamically boost sales in those countries in which they are already present – adds Adam Komorowski, OEX E-Business Board Member.

OEX E-Business is also holding negotiations with other potential partners in Asia. The company actively participates in conferences and commercial missions organized by governmental and financial institutions in China, Taiwan and Singapore. OEX E-Business has also become one of the partners of the global WCA eCommerce logistics conference that will be held in early June 2018 in London.
