Voice Contact Center launched another customer service project. Within the cooperation with Coca-Cola HBC Polska, the company from OEX Group implements actions from the sales support segment that directed at business clients.
The contract covers sales in B2B sector, cooperation with sales representatives and building client relations. Voice Contact Center consultants are also responsible for educational actions, covering informing on new products and promotions organised by Coca-Cola HBC Polska.
Projects combining service for a business client and sales, require substantial product knowledge as well as knowing sales techniques. However, the key is the ability to build positive relation with sales network. Our consultants undergo complex internal and well as organised by the clients training sessions – says Ewa Depta, member of the Management Board of Voice Contact Center.
Within the cooperation with Coca-Cola HBC Polska, the Voice Contact Center consultants completed, among others, training course on ERP system operations and the system is used during the project’s implementation.
The project for Coca- Cola HBC Polska is implemented in the Warsaw operational centre of Voice Contact Center.
