  • Fulfilio, a subsidiary of the OEX Group, has acquired a majority stake in SellerSwitch.
  • SellerSwitch is an omnichannel agency that provides comprehensive support to companies starting and developing sales on the largest marketplace platforms in Europe and the USA.
  • Through this acquisition, Fulfilio will offer its clients e-commerce sales support in addition to logistics services.
  • Fulfilio also sees opportunities for further growth with the trend of relocating logistics processes to Poland and the increasing attractiveness of Poland as a logistics hub for Asian companies.

Fulfilio from the OEX Group is focused on expanding its comprehensive client service offerings. By acquiring a majority stake in SellerSwitch, it adds another component to its end-to-end sales support services.

Through this acquisition, we expand our competencies in comprehensive client service and create a one-stop-shop offering. We now take responsibility for all of our clients’ logistics processes. We can confidently say that we offer world-class services, including integrations on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, and support for sales in these channels – commented Arkadiusz Filipowski, CEO of Fulfilio.

We have been offering clients services together with SellerSwitch for some time now and see the high market demand for such a comprehensive approach. A more integrated service provides clients with enormous operational benefits. Connecting all logistics functions directly with the marketplace allows for precise management of sales and logistics, resulting in process optimization and cost savings – added Arkadiusz Filipowski.

The key to successful international sales development through platforms like Amazon, Kaufland, cDiscount, eBay, or Walmart is a well-thought-out three-step scaling strategy and proven logistics solutions. For the past eight years, we have helped entrepreneurs develop product sales through Amazon and other marketplaces in foreign markets, from small companies to large brands such as Krosno Glass, Orion Group, Empik, or Dafi. I believe that combining SellerSwitch’s strategic competencies in marketplace platforms with Fulfilio’s logistics capabilities will allow clients to scale their e-commerce business even faster in international markets – commented Łukasz Szczęsny, CEO of SellerSwitch.

OEX Group’s Fulfilio offers its clients a full range of fulfillment services. The company ships approximately 2 million parcels annually to 40 countries worldwide, managing a total warehouse area of 65,000 square meters. Its clients include companies such as Bosch, 3M, Unilever, and Nestle. Fulfilio also has several significant foreign clients, including from the Asian market.

SellerSwitch is an omnichannel agency that provides comprehensive support to companies starting and developing sales on the largest marketplace platforms in Europe and the USA. It offers client account management on platforms such as Amazon, Kaufland, cDiscount, eMAG, eBay, Walmart, Allegro, and Empik. With over eight years of experience working with hundreds of clients, SellerSwitch has managed sales worth 800 million PLN.

– We see enormous potential in the development of business and the expansion of Polish companies into foreign markets, as well as foreign entities into the Polish market, and we want to participate in this growth. We have significant experience in this area and therefore guarantee clients a relatively easy debut in foreign markets. Logistics, as an important part of the purchasing process, largely determines brand perception by consumers. At the same time, there are local and even specialized marketplaces in many countries that have gained popularity and simply need to be on. For this, specialized knowledge and experience are required, which SellerSwitch offers, especially regarding the German and US markets – said Arkadiusz Filipowski.

Poland has a unique geographical position and other important assets such as access to a qualified workforce, including in IT, and modern warehouse spaces.

We see a very strong trend of relocating logistics processes to Poland and the growing attractiveness of Poland for such activities. Our country has all the foundations to become a logistics hub for Asian companies that will sell in Europe from Poland. Fulfilio wants to be an active participant in these processes – concluded Arkadiusz Filipowski.
