OEX E-Business as the CD PROJEKT RED STORE logistics partner

OEX E-Business has concluded cooperation agreement with the company from CD PROJEKT Group, a leader in the computer games industry and the creator of the iconic game “The Witcher.” The cooperation includes the provision of comprehensive services for the customer’s online store and sales development outside Poland. 

OEX E-Business is now the exclusive provider of fulfillment service for the CD PROJEKT RED STORE Sp. z o.o. The agreement covers the support of online sales of all CD PROJEKT RED STORE products. OEX E-Business is responsible for the entire warehouse process chain, ranging from qualitative and quantitative receipt and verification of goods to delivery, parcel security and delivery preparation. Moreover, in the framework of the extended cooperation, the OEX Group company deals with, inter alia, the purchase of customer-tailored packaging materials.

OEX E-Business will also provide comprehensive support for the expansion outside the European Union planned by CD PROJEKT RED STORE, i.e. to the USA and Canada, and will also be responsible for transport and customs clearance.

With full system integration with the CD PROJEKT RED STORE, the entire process of handling and transferring orders to the OEX E-Business warehouse has been fully automated.
