Mr Węgrzyk will still cooperate with Merservice in the capacity of the Management Board Advisor. The new Management Board will continue the strategy of strengthening its position in key business lines and development of new eCommerce services.
Both managers have worked closely with each other since the company’s inception, managed its key areas and contributed significantly to its current market position.
Magdalena Trzcińska has been the Company’s Vice President since last April, but her involvement with Merservice dates back more than a decade, i.e. practically since the company’s establishment. She worked in Sales Force & HR Management and as the External Operations Director.

‘Our successes include, first and foremost, the Company’s very strong performance despite the pandemic. We have also implemented two new services in cooperation with external partners. Currently, in addition to traditional sales support services, we offer a comprehensive analysis of product presentation in online stores and marketplaces as well as shopper research, where we acquire data with the help of solutions such as eyetracking. We want to have a significant increase in the share of technology in our services,’ said Magdalena Trzcinska.
Edyta Czaplicka has been with Merservice Sp. z o.o. since the company’s establishment in 2009. For the past five years, she held the position of Internal Operations Director, with responsibilities for the following areas of the Company’s operations: finance, accounting, HR, car fleet, IT and legal services. As a member of the Company’s Management Board, Edyta Czaplicka will be in charge of finance and administration.
Edyta Czaplicka graduated from the University of Warsaw, with a diploma in Sociology. She also holds a diploma of postgraduate studies: ‘Management Academy – Modern Business Management Practice” at the Warsaw School of Economics.
‘My goal is to further increase the efficiency of all business processes necessary for the proper delivery of services and the implementation of new ideas,’ said Edyta Czaplicka.
