On 3 April 2023, Karol Wieteska joined the OEX Group, taking up the newly created position of Group Sales and Marketing Director. He will be responsible for strategic marketing and sales projects integrated at the Group level.
By reinforcing the management team within its parent company, OEX wants to make better use of the potential related to the development of an integrated offer of services of its portfolio subsidiaries (cross-selling) and accelerate the Group’s international expansion.
For years, the OEX Group companies have consistently built value for their customers, providing technologies and services in such areas as Customer Experience, merchandising, logistics and e-fulfillment. Particular companies have acquired very strong positions in their respective markets, becoming a first choice partner for large brands. The clients of the OEX Group include: Allegro, IKEA, PZU, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Kompania Piwowarska, BAT as well as Orange, T-Mobile and Plus Polsat Box.
In response to the growing trends related to customer support automation, process digitalization and the increasing significance of logistics in commerce, there is a rise in the demand for comprehensive services that would allow enterprises to propose the best CX in each channel (both off and online) and at each stage of interaction with the brand. The OEX Group sees a huge growth potential in offering an integrated catalogue of such services, in particular in international markets.

Karol Wieteska has over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. During his professional career, he worked for T-Mobile and the R22 Group. For the last ten years, he was with Comarch, holding various positions focused on foreign expansion. As the Global Sales Director, he was responsible for global markets managing a portfolio of key customers and as the Sales Director for the Middle East and Africa he was responsible for Comarch’s growth in that region. In recent years, as Commercial Director, he was in charge of the strategy and sales development of Comarch Loyalty Marketing Platform – a product driving the foreign expansion of the entire Comarch Group.
