On 11 June 2018 both companies signed a partnership agreement concerned with the provision of air freight services. The newly established cooperation scheme will enable the OEX Group company to effectively distribute its customers’ goods along the routes of direct connections served by LOT, especially between Europe and Asia

Pursuant to the agreement, OEX E-Business will be able to sell, to its customers, loading space on all LOT Cargo flights serving Tokyo, Beijing and Seoul. A direct connection with Singapore, launched by LOT in May of this year, will be available as well.

“It is the mission of LOT Cargo to support the export capabilities of Polish entrepreneurs. Hence, we are opening new routes to Asia and attach such great importance to acquiring new partners” – says Michał Grochowski, Cargo Office Director, LOT Polish Airlines.

“Asian countries are currently very important destinations for Polish exporters. Access to those markets provides great opportunities for Polish manufacturers and distributors, allowing them to grow and expand. Thanks to the comprehensive range of B2B and B2C eCommerce services relying on Omnichannel HUB EU – our logistics center near Warsaw – we are a reliable partner enabling our customers to successfully implement their expansion plans” – says Artur Wojtaszek, CEO OEX E-Business.

In addition to air freight services to Singapore and other Asian destinations, such as Beijing, Tokyo or Seoul, the Company’s offer will comprise also all other direct flights, including those to the US. This will allow us to offer air freight transports to as many as 100 destinations on four continents, with all of them served by the Polish carrier.

“It is our primary objective to offer 5PL logistics services, taking care of all aspects of the process, from sales, to warehousing, shipping, customer service and marketing. Our resources, partnerships and the scale of our operation enable us to provide Polish exporters with a host of new services. A dense network of direct freight connections is a condition precedent for developing such a model of operation. Therefore, the agreement we have concluded with LOT Cargo is of key importance for our company” – says Adam Komorowski, Board Member, OEX E-Business.
