OEX SA joined the 14th edition of the Program Kariera (Careers Program) organized by the Polish Business Council. In 2016, the internship in the HR department of the OEX Group achieved the highest mark in the survey conducted among participants of the program.
This year, the company offers students two paid internships – in the Corporate Communication Department and in the HR Department. OEX SA participated in the Program Kariera (Careers Program) also in 2014 and 2016. Both internships resulted in employing the trainees.
The Program Kariera (Careers Program) is a prestigious initiative within which students and graduates under 30 have the opportunity to gain practical experience in renowned Polish companies. In this year’s edition of the program, candidates have several dozen internships to choose from.
Program Kariera (Careers Program) is highly demanding for employers when it comes to the course of the internship. As a result, it attracts the best students and graduates. We highly appreciate cooperating with young people who already look for opportunities for development, contact with business and practical opportunities to acquire competences during their studies – said Marta Buszko, HR manager in OEX Group.
During internships in the OEX Group the trainees are treated like new employees. They have the opportunity to acquire specific skills, learn about the specifics of the operation of the entire organization and establish relationships with employees at various levels.
For us, an internship is an opportunity to get to know candidates who enter the labor market. It helps us to better suit our HR policy to current market trends. We want to be a modern employer. For us, graduates are a very important group we want to communicate effectively with, so that we are able to attract talents – adds Marta Buszko.
