Tomasz Słowiński becomes a new member of the management board of OEX SA

On March 6, 2018, Tomasz Słowiński, who previously was a member of the company’s supervisory board, joined the board of OEX SA As a board member, he will be responsible for the transaction, legal and compliance areas.

Tomasz Słowiński has over 25 years of experience in business, including investment banking and finance, he also held managerial and operational positions in various business areas. He has been associated with the sector of modern business services for over 17 years.

Between 1992 and 2000 Tomasz Słowiński worked in an investment bank belonging to the world’s leading financial institution, the British HSBC, where he specialized in transactions in Warsaw and London capital market, he also dealt with M&A and privatizations. Later he co-founded and managed entities operating on the business processes outsourcing market, holding positions of the President of the Management Board of PayrollCenter, a leading Polish payroll and personnel outsourcing company, as well as Managing Director in the CVO Group.

Since 2006 he has been associated with Neo Investments, where he was responsible for financial issues, creating international management and tax structures, ownership supervision over portfolio companies, capital transactions and new investments. Since 2011, he has also held the position of vice-president of the management board of GAD S.A. where he was responsible for all financial and investment issues and new acquisitions.

For the last 4 years he was a member of the Supervisory Board of OEX S.A. in which he held the position of the Secretary of the Board, and a member of the Audit Committee.

Tomasz Słowiński has a university degree, he is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
