On April 10, 2024, OEX S.A. finalized a transaction to acquire a 56.6% stake in Loyalty Point Sp. z o.o., which, along with its subsidiaries, forms the Data Science House Group.
– The acquisition of the Data Science House Group companies is part of OEX Group’s strategy to grow by acquiring businesses that complement our services and increase the role of technology in our offerings. This transaction will allow us to create a unique offering for corporate clients, combining essential business scaling services we already provide – such as e-commerce logistics, customer service, and customer experience – with new services like data analytics, digital marketing, and loyalty building. By expanding our operations, we will become an attractive partner and provider for companies both in Poland and abroad – said Jerzy Motz, CEO of OEX S.A.
The OEX Group comprises companies that provide sales services in both brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce. The greatest synergies with the activities of the Data Science House companies are expected to be found in collaboration with companies from the OEX eCommerce Services segment.
