OEX Group Acquired Loyalty Point and Its Subsidiaries Operating Within the Data Science House Group

On April 10, 2024, OEX S.A. finalized a transaction to acquire a 56.6% stake in Loyalty Point Sp. z o.o., which, along with its subsidiaries, forms the Data Science House Group.

  • The Data Science House Group consists of four companies offering integrated services in data analytics and monetization, digital marketing, loyalty building, media agency services, and e-commerce. The Data Science House Group was established around Loyalty Point, founded in 2014, in response to the market’s demand for advanced marketing and customer loyalty services based on data analytics and advanced technologies, enabling precise content and offer personalization.
  • The Data Science House Group currently includes Loyalty Point, Level Up Media, Bluecloud Interactive, and Saving Cloud, employing a total of around 130 experts and highly skilled specialists in their fields. The companies have received significant industry recognition, including 23 Golden Arrow awards and 10 Effie awards. In 2023, they generated over 40 million PLN in revenue.
  • The Data Science House Group’s client portfolio is diversified and spans most industries. The Group’s companies currently serve about 50 firms, both international and those operating solely in Poland.

The acquisition of the Data Science House Group companies is part of OEX Group’s strategy to grow by acquiring businesses that complement our services and increase the role of technology in our offerings. This transaction will allow us to create a unique offering for corporate clients, combining essential business scaling services we already provide – such as e-commerce logistics, customer service, and customer experience – with new services like data analytics, digital marketing, and loyalty building. By expanding our operations, we will become an attractive partner and provider for companies both in Poland and abroad – said Jerzy Motz, CEO of OEX S.A.

The OEX Group comprises companies that provide sales services in both brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce. The greatest synergies with the activities of the Data Science House companies are expected to be found in collaboration with companies from the OEX eCommerce Services segment.

After the transaction, we will gain a strong, strategic partner with a proven track record in developing technology businesses. Joining the OEX Group, which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, will strengthen our position as a transparent organization. Our development goals align with the initiatives currently being intensively developed within the OEX Group: building digital marketing competencies and expanding internationally. We already collaborate on many projects, recognizing the value in complementing each other’s competencies and offering comprehensive services. The parties do not plan any organizational or personnel changes in the management of the acquired companies. The transaction will result only in a change of ownership, which will not affect client collaborations or the employment and other conditions of the Data Science House companies’ agreements with partners.
